PUBLIC NOTICE OF HEARING
The North Cornwall Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., in the North Cornwall Township Municipal Building, 330 South 18th Street, Lebanon, PA 17042 to consider the following:
Case Number 24-03-ZHB: An appeal request for a variance of the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance for the property located at 190 S. 22nd Street, Lebanon, PA, 17042, within the Multi-Family Residential Zone (R2), filed by ATF Medical, 4046 Sharpsburg McCollum Rd., Suite 208B, Newnan, GA, 30265, on behalf of Ruth Navarro Torres, 190 S. 22nd Street, Lebanon, PA 17042, to construct an addition to the home: To authorize expansion pursuant to Article 2: Section 202.I., Required Minimum Yard Setbacks.
Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the Zoning Hearing Board, and which are appropriate for consideration at the public meeting.
